Danmatic’s Automatic Vacuum Depanning and Loading is designed to automate the process of handling baguettes before the cutting and drilling machine for French Hotdogs.
The system pick´s up the frozen baguettes directly from the baking trays and places them into the pocket conveyor which brings the baguettes to the crosscutting saw and drilling machine.
The system uses a special designed, long-life suction cup that is connected to built-in side channel blowers. The blowers creates the vacuum to lift the baguettes securely without damaging them.
By employing this vacuum-based technology, the process of handling and positioning the products becomes automated,
reducing the need for manual labour and increasing productivity in the production line.
