Paper Feeder
Danmatic’s Paper Feeder is an efficient way to automatically put parchment paper on to baking trays. The Paper Feeder reduces the need for manual labor, increases productivity and maintaining the products consistency. The Danmatic Paper Feeder is designed for easy installation and can be mounted over an existing conveyor and can also be mounted with a mobile conveyor.
The paper roll is mounted on a shaft with an air cushion, making it easy and quick to change paper rolls without the use of any tools. Simply place the shaft in the center of the roll and lift it into the paper feeder with the lifting yok included.
The paper from the roll is then automatically put on the baking trays as they pass beneath the paper feeder and a built-in circular knife cuts the paper to size. A breaking mechanism control the rotation of the paper roll and ensures the paper always is kept taut in the feeding system.
