The Tray Handling System from Danmatic is a fully automated handling system for trays, which easily and quickly handles the loading or unloading of trays into or from racks.
Handling of the trays is often a tough and time-consuming process for bakery personnel. Danmatic Tray Handling System makes the process easy, fast and ergonomic for the personnel handling the trays and is also highly labour-saving.
The Tray Handling System is a compact system that consists of a loader/unloader handling the trays in or out of the racks. An
integrated elevator system creates a buffer in the system, enabling the system to run without any stop on the connected line, even when changing the racks. The system is one of the fastest and most powerful on the market and can handle up to 750 trays per hour.
One of the major advantages of the THS 750 is that the racks are liftet up of the floor, when they are moved from the rack magazine to the front of the loader/unloader. This ensures gentle handling of the racks and ignores any faulty wheels on the racks.
